Bioinformatics Core


The BCRF fosters cutting-edge, interdisciplinary, cross-campus and inter-institutional research in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. Its efforts are focused on collaborations that are strategic to UNL, including emerging diseases, system biology, energy, environmental studies, virology, and translational medicine. The BCRF provides scientific expertise and core infrastructure support as well as education and training. Their expertise helps to integrate bioinformatics and biological sciences to facilitate efficient and effective research.
