Alisa Kushner joins us from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Agricultural Research Division and currently also serves as Project Coordinator of the UNL TAPS Program. Previously, she worked as Project Manager for Water and Integrated Systems at UNL. Alisa brings a diverse background that spans project management, business management, training, marketing, photography, event planning, communication, and even assembling saber-toothed tiger skeletons for museums worldwide while working at the La Brea Tar Pits. With deep agricultural roots tied to her family’s history in Latvia and after 1950, in the USA, she is passionate about learning, travel, her children, pets, and exploring new places and opportunities.
